Cheese Krispie Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
Preparation
    Cream cheese and butter; add flour that has been sifted 3 times
    with
    red
    pepper.
    Stir in Rice Krispies.
    Make into small balls
    the size of a nickel.
    Flatten with finger.
    Bake on ungreased
    cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    These will keep well in a tin for a week, also they freeze well.
    (Reheat in low temperature oven
    to
    be
    sure
    they
    are
    crisp before serving.)
