Finska Kakor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix, chill and roll to 1/4 inch.
    Cut in strips.
    Brush with 1 egg white, slightly beaten.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/3 cup chopped almonds.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 4 dozen.
