Hungarian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Season ground beef and fry with onion and bell pepper.
    Drain. Add mushroom soup and sour cream. Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Pour over cooked noodles on a platter.
