Cheese Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
1/2 c. milk or half and half
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in bowl; beat until well blended. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in moderately hot skillet; pour in egg mixture.
Reduce heat to low.
When mixture starts to set on bottom and sides, lift cooked portions with spatula and turn gently until eggs are cooked but still moist and glossy.
Serves 4.
