Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. cabbage
    1/2 c. bacon
    1 hot pepper
Preparation
    Dice bacon and fry crisp.
    Mix with all other ingredients and cook in pressure cooker 1 hour or double boiler 3 hours.
