Ground Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 green onions
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. julienned carrots
    1 medium pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom gravy
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    In skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook onions, celery, carrot and pepper until tender-crisp, stirring often.
    Remove veggies to bowl.
