Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
12 soda crackers
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
fresh strawberries, peaches or raspberries
whipped cream
Preparation

Melt butter in a 9-inch pie plate.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar until stiff.
Roll the soda crackers until fine; add chopped nuts and vanilla.
Fold the cracker mixture into the beaten egg whites.
Pour into pie plate and bake for 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
