Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. liquid oil of choice
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. pumpkin (1 small can)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nuts or raisins
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients together well.
    Mix oil, eggs, water and sugar well.
    Add pumpkin and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients. Add nuts or raisins.
    Grease and flour four (1-pound) coffee cans. Cover with foil.
    Place on cook sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
