Tira Mi Su(Translation "Pick-Me-Up") - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 beaten eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. skim milk
2 - 8 oz. packages softened light cream cheese
2 1/2 c. fat free cool whip
1 t. vanilla
2 - 3 oz. pkgs. ladyfingers cookies
1/4 c. cold very strong coffee
1 t. rum extract
1 T. baking cocoa
Preparation

Beat first 3 ingredients in saucepan over medium heat to the boiling point.
Boil and stir for 1 minute, and then remove form heat.
Place plastic wrap directly onto egg mixture and chill for one hour.
Meanwhile, mix vanilla with cool whip.
Set aside. Separate ladyfingers horizontally in half.
Drizzle with a mixture of the coffee and rum extract.
Arrange half of the ladyfingers in a well greased serving dish.
Set aside.
Remove egg mixture from refrigerator and beat in softened cream cheese with a wire whisk until smooth.
Pour half of this mixture on layer of ladyfingers. Top with half of the cool whip mixture, and then repeat layers. Sprinkle top of dessert with cocoa.
Chill for 4 hours.
