Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fresh, sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped red and green pepper
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 slightly beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
    4 slices bread, crumbled
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
Preparation
    Saute the first 4 ingredients in 2 tablespoons of oleo. Mix together
    mayonnaise,
    salt,
    pepper, egg, milk and soup. Combine this
    mixture
    with mushroom mixture.
    Combine bread, shredded cheese and melted oleo in a separate bowl.
    In bottom of a
    1 quart
    casserole, spread layer of onions and layer of mushrooms. Repeat
    until
    mushrooms left on top.
    Cook for 40 minutes, uncovered, at 400\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
