Meatballs Bavarian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 clove crushed garlic
1 medium onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
dash of hot pepper sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
flour (to coat meatballs)
4 strips bacon
1 c. strong coffee
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. plain flour
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients well.
Shape into about 2 1/2 dozen meatballs; coat with flour.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Brown meatballs in bacon grease; remove from pan.
