Eggnog Cheesecake(No-Bake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 finely crushed vanilla wafers
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. eggnog
    4 beaten egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. rum or milk
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    shaved chocolate or crushed vanilla wafers
Preparation
    In small mixing bowl combine the 1 1/4 cups crushed wafers and melted butter; toss thoroughly.
    Press mixture into bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of 1 (9-inch) spring-form pan to form a firm and even crust.
    Chill about 1 hour or until firm.
