Bojangles Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll out on floured board and cut out biscuits.
    Dip each biscuit in butter or pat buttermilk on each. Bake at 425\u00b0 about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
