Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening or oil
    6 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda (add to milk)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in small amount of warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast in warm water.\tMix all dry ingredients into shortening; mix.
    Add dissolved yeast; mix and gradually add buttermilk.
    Knead\tdough
    thoroughly.
    Make
    dough
    into biscuits by hand or roll on a floured board and cut out.
    Let rise\tfor
    a short time.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.
