Green Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white rice, cooked
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped and sauteed in small amount of butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of red pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Make layers for first 3 ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine milk, salt, pepper and eggs.
    Pour over layers.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
