Swordfish Mediterranean - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1/4 c. dry red table wine
    6 black olives, pitted
    1 Tbsp. rinsed, drained capers
    9 oz. swordfish
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In 12-inch skillet, saute oil, onion and garlic. Add all else, except the fish.
