The General - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. ham, cut into pieces (3/4 lb.)
    8 thinly sliced frankfurters (3/4 lb.)
    3 to 3 1/2 c. thinly sliced potatoes (unpeeled; 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 thinly sliced onion
Preparation
    Mix well and place in a 2-quart casserole or 2 smaller baking dishes.
