Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. quick oats
1 c. rice krispies
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together until well blended.
Then add flour, soda, tartar and salt.
When well mixed add oats, rice krispies, coconut and nuts.
Roll into 9 dozen 1 inch balls.
Press down with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
