Texas Barbecued Cheeseburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. McCormick California-style blend garlic powder
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 hamburger buns
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, chili powder and garlic pepper.
    Shape ground beef into 4 patties.
    Brush both sides of patties with soy sauce mixture.
    Preheat grill or broiler.
    Grill or broil 4 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
    Top each burger with 2 tablespoons cheese and cook until melted. Serve on hamburger buns and top as desired.
    Serves 4.
