Mince Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. prepared mincemeat or 1 (9 oz.) pkg.
    2 c. thinly sliced apples
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    pastry for 2-crust pie
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Spread in pastry shell.
    Top with second crust; seal edges and crimp.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool. Serves 8.
