Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. cream cheese (soft)
6 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
3 oz. butter (soft)
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Tabasco or to taste
1 to 2 lb. \"stuffing\" mushrooms
Preparation

Have ingredients at room temperature. Mix all except mushrooms. Remove stems from mushrooms. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Broil until cheese mixture is bubbly.
