Buttermilk Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a plastic
    or paper bag. Shake to mix and set aside.
    Combine
    buttermilk\tand
    baking powder
    in a bowl and mix well.
    Dip 2 pieces\tof
    chicken
    in buttermilk mixture; place chicken in bag of flour and shake to coat.
    Repeat procedure with remaining chicken.
    Place chicken in a shallow pan; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Heat 1-inch
    of oil in a large skillet to 325\u00b0
    or
    medium-high
    on stove.
    Add chicken and fry 30 to 35 minutes
    or
    until golden brown, turning only once. Drain on paper towel.
