Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced celery
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. onion and sage stuffing
    2 c. cooked turkey
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans undiluted cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Place celery in baking dish; cover with plastic wrap and microwave 1 1/2 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
    Combine water, butter and stuffing.
    In a 12 x 8-inch casserole, layer celery, meat and stuffing.
    Pour soup over top, spreading evenly. Cover and microwave 8 minutes, turning dish one-half turn after 4 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
