Bacon-Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 lb. processed American cheese, cubed
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
chopped, fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation

Peel potatoes and place in saucepan.
Cover with water and cook until tender, but firm.
Drain and cube.
Mix potatoes with onion, cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Transfer mixture to ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
