Blueberry Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. blueberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar (or 150 pkg. NutraSweet)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Boil berries, water, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla on high heat. Blend on medium-high speed the flour, shortening and milk.
    Roll out onto floured board; roll to 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut into squares and drop into boiling mixture.
    Boil 3 to 4 minutes.
    Stir slowly. Let boil for additional 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Let cool for 20 minutes.
    Serve.
