Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. almond extract or 1/2 lemon extract
    pinch of salt
    24 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, extract and salt.
    Blend in sour cream.
