Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Have all ingredients at room temperature.
    Make graham cracker crust in spring-form pan.
    Mix the first 4 ingredients.
    Beat until mixed, then add sour cream and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Beat until mixed. Pour over graham cracker crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for exactly 30 minutes.
    Cool before serving.
    Do not mix any more than necessary.
