Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1 slice bread, cut into cubes
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Crumble raw beef in mixing bowl.
    Stir in onion, salt, pepper and egg.
    Cut bread into cubes; moisten with milk.
    Add to beef mixture.
    Blend in ketchup.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May be doubled.
