Burritos Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt together.
    Add shortening.
    Mix until like corn meal.
    Add 1/2 cup warm water.
    Mix.
    Add 1 tablespoon more at a time until it forms a ball.
    Let rest 15 minutes.
    Shape into a ball.
    Roll on a lightly floured surface until round shape forms thin.
    Fry in frypan at medium heat until lightly browned or about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
