Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crab meat
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 small chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 large slightly beaten eggs
    1 small green pepper, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Form into 2 to 3-inch patties.
    Roll in additional cracker meal.
    Fry in a little oil or bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
