Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 c. shrimp, halved
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
5 c. cooked rice
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. diced green peppers
1/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. fancy bean sprouts, drained
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet; add shrimp and seasonings, cooking until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
Add eggs, stirring until well mixed with other ingredients.
Add rice and cook until a golden color.
Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until thoroughly heated.
Serve at once.
Serves 6.
