Betty Lou'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 medium green pepper, minced
    1 medium jar pimentos, minced
    4 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done (approximately 20 minutes).
    While potatoes are boiling, prepare onion, green pepper and pimento. Place in a large mixing bowl.
    Drain potatoes and add to bowl. Add mayonnaise and mustard; mix thoroughly.
    May be served hot or cold.
