Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup margarine
    1 cup boiling water
    1 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter in boiling water and add flour and salt all at once.
    Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that won't separate.
    Cool add eggs one at a time beating after each until smooth.
    Drop by heaping tablespoon full 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown and puffy about 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and split while warm. Cool on rack. Fill with pudding or cream filling.
