Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pretzels
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. Cool Whip
6 oz. strawberry Jell-O
2 c. pineapple juice
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries and juice
Preparation

Mix crushed pretzels, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzels.
Dissolve Jell-O in hot pineapple juice. Add strawberries and juice to Jell-O. Put in refrigerator until almost set. Spread cream cheese mixture over top. Chill to set completely. Cut into squares.
