Red Wine Vinegar Pot Or Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Slowly brown meat in small amount of oil.
    Sprinkle with salt (optional).
    Combine all other ingredients; whip together and pour over meat.
    Cover and simmer 2 to 3 hours until tender.
    Skim off excess fat from sauce and add flour and water to make gravy.
    It is great in a crock-pot all day!
