Sunday Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 doz. eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 c. cubed ham, bacon or sausage
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown onion and green pepper, then add meat and cheese.
    Mix the eggs and milk.
    Add hash browns, salt and pepper.
    Mix all together and put into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with more grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
    Serve with toast or muffins.
