Mozzarella Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boned, skinned chicken breasts
    1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu Traditional spaghetti sauce
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown chicken breasts in 2 tablespoons corn oil.
    Place chicken in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan or dish.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven; top with cheese, then return to oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
    Serve over rice or noodles. Makes 4 servings.
