Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. half and half
    8 oz. uncooked macaroni (2 c.)
    8 oz. American cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
    Prepare Cream Sauce. Stir in cheese, heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted.
