Cajun Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chopped tomatoes
    2 can chicken broth
    1 c. rice
    1 cut up chicken (remove skin)
    1 Tbsp. cajun or creole seasoning
Preparation
    Layer tomatoes, rice, broth and chicken.
    Sink chicken in broth.
    Add seasoning.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
