Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped almonds (optional)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. grated onion
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c Cheddar cheese
potato chips
Preparation

Mix together first nine ingredients.
Put into well-greased casserole.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese and crushed potato chips on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 until heated through and the top is boiling.
Set aside for a few minutes before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
