Avgolemono Soup(Greek Rice Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chicken broth
    1 c. rice
    1/2 stick butter
    6 eggs
    2 lemons, squeezed
Preparation
    Cook rice in broth with butter until tender.
    Beat egg whites until they form peaks.
    Add egg yolks and lemon juice.
    Slowly combine mixture with broth and rice so eggs do not cook.
    Serve hot with pepper and Italian bread chunks.
