Beef Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
grated Cheddar cheese
1 small can whole kernel corn
1 medium onion, chopped finely
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can chili beans
1 small can diced green chiles
1 doz. corn tortillas
Preparation

While meat is browning, cut tortillas into strips.
Mix all other ingredients.
When meat is brown, add to other mixture.
In baking dish, place layer of tortillas and layer of mixture. Repeat process.
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
