Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Add enough of flour to make stiff dough.
    Roll very thin on a floured surface; let stand 20 minutes.
    Roll up and slice 1/8-inch thick.
    Spread out and dry 2 hours.
    Drop into boiling soup or boiling salted water and cook 10 minutes.
    Makes 3 cups uncooked noodles.
