Ham Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh ground ham
    3/4 lb. ground cured ham
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pt. milk
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. ground mustard
Preparation
    Combine meats, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and milk into patties using 1/2 cup per patty.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over patties.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    18 servings.
