Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Add butter, egg and sugar; mix well.
    Stir in flour until thoroughly combined (batter will be soft).
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    The baked rolls can be kept in freezer bags in freezer. Thaw and reheat as needed.
