Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 small onion
    bacon grease
    about 6 medium potatoes
    water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can white creamed corn
    about 1 qt. sweet milk
Preparation
    Fry bacon until real crisp.
    Take up.
    Saute onion in the bacon grease.
    Peel potatoes and cube.
    Boil the potatoes in water and salt and pepper to taste until about done.
    Put all of this together with creamed corn.
    Add sweet milk and let simmer about 20 minutes.
