Salmon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can red salmon, drained and flaked
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 tsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. mild horseradish (1 tsp. hot)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and shape into balls.
    Roll balls in parsley flakes.
