Horseradish Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 carrots
    1/4 c. liquid (from cooking carrots)
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. white horseradish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Clean and cut carrots into lengthwise strips.
    Cook carrots and reserve 1/4 cup liquid.
    Combine with remaining ingredients. Top with 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon melted oleo and a dash of paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes or until heated through.
