Fat Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium slices fat back
    4 medium green apples
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Pan-fry fat back.
    Drain oil, except for approximately 1 teaspoon.
    Add sliced or chopped apples.
    Sprinkle sugar, salt and other seasonings to taste.
    Cover and simmer until apples are soft by fork-touch.
