Lobster Newberg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. butter
    4 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    dash of paprika
    dash of cayenne
    1/2 pt. cream
    1/4 pt. evaporated milk
    1 (4 lb.) lobster
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Make a sauce mixture of the first 8 ingredients.
    In an iron pan, melt some butter.
    Saute meat of a 4 pound lobster.
    Add remaining ingredients to sauce.
    Put in a buttered casserole and bake until brown on top in a 350\u00b0 oven.
